Get Ready for Services!
We’re excited to welcome you! To secure your appointment for starter locs, extensions, or color services, we ask for a deposit. Don’t worry, if you keep your appointment, it’ll go towards your service cost! Please note, if you can’t make it, your deposit will be forfeited.
Every hair service includes a refreshing shampoo and conditioning treatment—self-shampooing doesn’t lower the cost! For extensions, remember I don’t purchase the hair, except for handmade loc extensions. So, please call ahead to confirm the hair brand you’ll, as using the wrong one means I won’t be able to complete your service.
If you need to reschedule, just give us a 48-hour notice. If not, a $45 no-show fee will apply. note, I do not issue refunds, and payment is due right your service.
We accept cash, Cash App, Zelle, PayPal, and Square—no checks, please. Can't wait to see you soon!
