Payments and Deposits

All Clients are required to pay a deposit for starter locs, Extensions and color services, if the appointment is maintained the deposit will be applied to the cost of the service.
 Failure to keep your appointment will forfeit your deposit.
Your service includes a shampoo and conditioning treatment for any natural hair service; Shampooing your own hair does not reduce cost.
I do not purchase Hair for extensions: With the exception of Loc Extension of which have to be hand made.
 For all other extension service please cal  in for the brand of hair for your extension services. If you bring the incorrect brand of hair I will not complete service requested
A 48 hour notice must be given prior to rescheduling your appointment. If no notice is given a $45 NO SHOW fee will be assessed for rescheduling. 
I DO NOT ISSUE REFUND
The cost of the service is expected after service is rendered.
